    Frankston Social Enterprise and Innovation Hub (FSEIH), is a not-for-profit place-based intermediary, enabling organisations and individuals to launch and scale social enterprises while advancing social innovation in the south east region of Melbourne.     Overview:

    Sefa was born out of the federal government’s SEDIF initiative and exists to strengthen the capability of, and increase access to capital for, social purpose organisations, so they can generate positive impact and advance more equitable communities across Australia. Our $20m evergreen Sefa Loan Fund has disbursed close to $50m in tailored finance solutions that unlocked an additional $100m of impact capital from other investors, banks, philanthropy and government across over 70 borrowers: (1) with over 50% of loan capital going to women-led or co-led organisations and (2) over 50% benefiting non-metropolitan borrowers. We also provide fee-based capability-building services to help organisations maximise their impact, strengthen resilience, and prepare for investment.
